Wild rice breakfast bowl

1 package or 20 g Wild Origins wild rice
1 package or 20g Wild Origins wild rice
4 L boiling water + a pinch of salt
1 L plain greek yogurt
4 pears
honey for drizzling


Bring the water and pinch of salt to a boil. Cook the rice for 50 minutes or until tender. Once cooked, strain and transfer to a baking pan and let cool. Once cool store in the fridge. Cut the pears into bit sized pieces. Spread some of the greek yogurt onto the bottom of the bowl. Top with cooked rice and pears, finish by drizzling with honey.
