Q: How can I purchase a L’OCA Gift Card?
A: Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in-store at our Customer Service Desk, and eGift Cards that work just the same can be bought online via the link above.
Q: Do L’OCA Gift Cards expire?
A: The balance on your card has no expiration date. That means you can use it today, tomorrow, or the next time you’re in the store or sitting at one of our tables.
Q: How do I check my balance?
A: Our amazing cashiers and Customer Service Desk crew are more than qualified and certifiably trained to check the current balance of your gift card.
Q: Are L’OCA Gift Cards refundable?
A: Unlike a boomerang, once a gift card has been purchased, the balance cannot be refunded. However, their full value can be used in-store or in our restaurants!
